What is Train to Gain

Announced in the 2006 White Paper 'Skills: Getting on in Business, Getting on at Work'. Train to Gain aims to address the impact of having over six million adults in the workforce with low skills by offering an entitlement to FREE tuition/training for a first Level 2 qualification. This training will be provided to your employee with your active participation:

• First full Level 2
• Full Level 3 qualifications where employees do not already have a first full Level 2 (Level 3 jumpers)
• Skills for Life (Literacy and Numeracy)
